- The paddock is booked in one hour slots on our booking page. Each time slot includes 10 minutes to arrive and park, 40 minutes in the paddock and 10 minutes to depart and allow the next customer to enter the paddock at their allotted time
- Once booked and your session is paid for you will receive a confirmation email (Please check your junk mail!)
- Prior to your slot you will be emailed a four digit code to access the padlocked paddock gate. The gate to the paddock is signposted ‘Cherry Orchard Dog Walking Paddock’
- Please secure this gate properly when you enter and leave
- 3 cars maximum per booking
- There is parking on an area of hard standing within the secure paddock area and padlocked gates
- The paddock is regularly inspected to ensure it is maintained, but if you see anything you are concerned about please do let us know
- We provide water (from 20th July 2026), poo bags (in case you forget to bring your own), and dog waste bins which are solely to this purpose and emptied regularly
- When you arrive at the field please wait for the previous customer to leave the site, as some dogs may be nervous or aggressive towards other dogs
- Dogs must remain on a lead until safely in the field and the gate secured
- All dog excrement MUST be picked up and placed in the waste bins provided, which are solely for this purpose. Failure to clear up after your dog may see you unable to book future sessions
- Please take all your litter home
- Do not leave your dog unattended at any time
- All dogs must be wormed and fully vaccinated
- If you need to cancel your booking please provide at least 48 hours notice to receive a refund
- Please be punctual as there is no extension at the end of your session. Please leave on time out of respect for the next customer
- Our fencing is 6 feet in height all around the field.
